Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive your original item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchange shipping is free for your first exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns
